My official Watch challenge is to close all three rings 26 times. My personal goal is to do it every day.

So far, I'm 16 for 16. I have a 12-mile run planned after work that should make it 17/17.

If I continue to double my daily goal, I should be done two or three days before the end of the month. That's about 1.5 to 2 hours of exercise a day. It's just walking, so it shouldn't even count.

On Saturday I completed my October challenge of filling all three rings 26 times. I'm still on track for my real goal of a "Perfect Month" for October.

I have a marathon on December 1 (Seattle), so November could be tougher, depending on the challenge Apple gives me. I start cutting back two weeks before the race.

I'm still chugging along. my goal is to close all three rings every day this month (31 days). I didn't allow a broken toe to thwart my goal last week, keeping my 580-plus all-three-rings-closed streak alive.

Mine for october is to have 21 workout sessions of at least 15 minutes. I'm still missing 2, those damn interval running workouts from the NRC app are stopping seconds short from the threshold (12 to 14 minutes most of them).

And when using the NTC app frequently the workout shows 0 minutes after finishing 20 to 30 minutes of working out. The net result is to miss 1 every 5 workouts.
