Looking pretty doable.

Here's a quick tip, (but you didn't hear this from me shh) set your exercise goal to 10 minutes. ;)

Easy peasy.
Did they implement that already? I had read all goals were going to be changeable.

I was kidding though. I get 30 minutes from the stairs at work most days.

In watchOS 7 you can change your exercise goal now! (Along with the other two)

LOL, my challenge is to close all 3 rings on 31 days this month.

I've been closing them daily since May so this is even more motivation to keep that streak going.

Interesting how they put an upper limit on the stand hours.
Yeah I wonder why? According to my trends I've averaged 14HR/DAY

I missed an hour of stand time early in Sept....Killed my 3 rings every day for the year goal....

I need a total of 2450 exercise minutes, so an average of 78min/day. Now that the weather has cooled off, I won’t be kayaking. So this might actually be a challenge. As of writing this post I’ve got 135 exercise minutes.

Just curious did you decide to do a month sabbatical and walk across the country to get that badge? How did you find the time to do 511.2 in 28 days?

I am retired (mostly) and have always kept myself very fit. I am very fortunate that I have the spare time to do these kind of challenges and every Monthly Challenge that I accepted I have completed (about 36 I think). These Challenges started in Oct 2017 (and because I was already very active) my first Apple Monthly Challenge was to complete 8392 Exercise Minutes (Oct 2017) My highest calorie challenge was 62,444 in March 2018.

VERY impressive and good for you. At 61 I’m more active than ever but nowhere near your levels ... but that’s ok 😎

My goal last month was 56,500 calories and I finished that with three days to spare so coasted and ended up with 61,000. Given the difference between how much you move and how much you burn compared to my numbers, I must be very substantially larger than you. Which kind of makes sense.
