To get that dock, copy and paste this line into Terminal:

defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean YES killall Dock

To get the 3D dock back, do the same with this line:

defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean NO killall Dock

I think what you're looking at is Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and Tweetie. The first three are part of iWork (if that is indeed what those three apps are), and Tweetie is IMO one of the top Twitter clients for Mac.
