Hello everyone. I said i’d inform you all about what happened at the Apple Store in Monday (today).

I took my iPhone 11 to the Apple Store and they diagnosed the issue and they told it is screen damage.

And the action taken by Apple is screen replacement for free.

Now i got my iPhone 11 back and it has a new screen now. The problem has been solved.

Thank you everybody for your kind interests.
Glad it all worked out for you in the end.

Rubbing alcohol on a good paper towel is a much more effective disinfectant than running water and won’t harm the phone if you don’t go over overboard.

Rubbing alcohol will damage/remove the Oleophobic coating. They (Third party companies) make ‘wipes’ that are perfectly safe for smart phone displays for Sanitary and removing smudges/prints.

Direct from Apple website.

Is it OK to use a disinfectant on my Apple product?
Using a 70 percent isopropyl alcohol wipe or Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, you may gently wipe the hard, nonporous surfaces of your Apple product, such as the display, keyboard, or other exterior surfaces. Don't use bleach. Avoid getting moisture in any opening, and don't submerge your Apple product in any cleaning agents. Don't use on fabric or leather surfaces.

I’ve been doing it for years to no ill effect.

Hey, murad buddy I encounter the same thing happened on your device on my current iphone which is iphone 11. I bought it brand new and it was jut 6months old I haven’t dropped nor put too much pressure on it as far as I remember but that yellow spot appeared all of a sudden. What did apple say on you? Regarding with this matter? Because I have this problem now and my phone was already in their service center but they are still diagnosing if it is a built in device problem or if it is a human error.

Please reply ASAP 🥹
