I don't think it's bad per sé it's just something I noticed. It's one of those details that I think Apple would be on top of. The packaging on anything I've ever bought that was made by Apple was perfectly tight in the corners. So much so that only the very tip of a knife would slide in between the top and bottom of the box. In the big scheme of things it doesn't really matterLol when it will be officialised, you will say "meeh that's not bad.." Because it's Apple. I'm the same but i'm trying to work on that
These were in stock at Covent Garden, London store today.
Was tempted to get one just to check it out but at £65, nah...
Yeah they're just on the shelves with the Sport Bands.they're in stores but not online? interesting!
Yeah they're just on the shelves with the Sport Bands.
Well we've all seen that the inventory people at Apple couldn't organise a pi**-up in a brewery, so not surprising!![]()
Yes I checked the back and it was £65 and exactly as shown in the leaked photos.i'm wondering if that's how the leaked photo was acquired - maybe they actually bought it (in Germany?) and stores hadn't been told it was coming or what to do with it and just put them on shelves rather than waiting for the "launch"...
hmmm...
did you check the back of the packaging?
You should check out Dome Apple Watch and iPhone charging dock. Very similar to this product but also charges the iPhone https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1163121769/dome-charging-dock-for-apple-watch-and-iphone
This dock costs $129so apple products are priced 40% higher in australia? - because that's just the current exchange rate...
This dock costs $129
so that's about 63% higher not factoring the exchange rate. how much is the apple watch sport - $700?
499. "only" 43% higher by the same maths.
apple sport is only $399 in the US. $100 is only 25% more. in that case, it is cheaper there considering the exchange rate.
It's $500. (38mm)so that's about 63% higher not factoring the exchange rate. how much is the apple watch sport - $700?
ok sorry, i was quoting the price for the 42mm. still, that is still a 42% markup - about what the current exchange rate is.
