No one is going to be able to give you the exact information you want. You need to contact ATT about the costs including any security. They can tell you about any FAN discount you are entitled to. They aren't going to cheat you... they want your business. Jeesh.

Unfortunately, at the end of the day no one is going to be able to answer the very specific questions you are asking. There are too many variables in place and any answers you are likely to get are probably going to be wrong because of these variables. You would get more reliable answers, more quickly, if you just took the time to go into an AT&T store and discussed your situation with them.
