Maybe it is just me, but it looks like the Mac Pro specs were photoshopped, the font looks darker, and despite the spill on the paper the wording doesn't look like it changes color. A good photoshop job indeed but still I believe it is a fake.

And I think they wrote "Because to old part" instead of "Because of old parts" in one section, I think.

Very fake, IMO. Photoshopped or not, it's not hard to recreate this in iWork, Word or whatever.
