You can simply highlight lines in Console and copy rather than re-type them. The standard copy option doesn't seem to be enabled in Console - but you can use the copy option under the Edit menu in Console.

rom623drh information on what caused your system to shut down is in the log BEFORE the portion you posted. Post approximate 2 minutes before shutdown and a minute (or 2) after start up.
