Here's a pic I took of a bee that was chilling on my car. XS Max, unedited other than a crop

Timelapse Xs... y’all should try some...

[doublepost=1538888654][/doublepost]Sunset Timelapse

I used to do a lot of time lapses with my iPhone 5S because you could just keep the phone standing without any support but since the 6 onwards, you need a holder / stand to mount the phone and I don’t carry any mostly. That’s one thing I really miss with the new design.

Yeah I remember being able to do that as well, but you’re very limited on where you can position the phone. For example you could not tilted backwards, to get a different view higher or lower of what you are wanting to get. So if you’re not wanting to do time lapse anymore because you have to purchase a clamp and a small tripod, you should change your mind because for one: you’re depriving yourself of timelapse fun,
two: those items are not very expensive especially if you get them from Amazon. I guess even if it did have a flat edge where you could stand it up the same way you could previously, with the telephoto 2x lens, you’d be limited even further still. I used my little tiny tripod bracket and put it on the hood of the van and used it 2x telephoto lens for these time lapses. I have photos of that posted a few pages back if you want to see what I use and where to get it.

More than the prices it’s the logistics of carrying them always.
