It's an alternative way of cooking it, a tastier and full of flavors one.
After cooking it in the classic way, add the remaining ingredients and bake it for few minutes, in a hot oven, using only the grill function!

My favorite is a butternut squash and pancetta risotto or cherry tomatoes and corn risotto. Both those would be good after a bake.

I’m enjoying the Portrait camera option.
I don’t think I was. It locked on to my dog like normal. It just did that weird thing with one section of the fence.

In portrait mode the subject has to be within about 8 feet, it’s for close up objects, your dog looks to be too far away for a portrait shot IMO.

I think you are too far, that’s why the algorithm got confused for some reason because the subject is not close enough to separate from the background.
