just keep in mind, Opera optimizes the speed by processing the web page thru their own servers and then rendering a smaller version for your phone. This makes page loading a lot faster, but any webpage you visit goes thru their servers. I wouldn't visit anything with passwords, banking sites.

Indeed, great advice. Luckily most of the things I use w/ pw's already have their own app such as fb, banks, mint, and horseintercouse.com.

I just switched back to Opera yesterday after not using it for a few months and it's great. I have found that it fails to load links every so often though, leaving me with a blank tab. Other than that it's perfect.

Yeah, I've seen that too. I wonder if the Opera servers are a bit overwhelmed right now due to the buzz over the update?

I think its just a glitch in the app, it used to happen before the update as well. It was actually one of the reasons I stopped using Opera. If it continues I'll be heading back to Safari.

Why is the Opera browser icon smaller than any other icon? (OCD is a bitch to deal with)

you're probably one of those people that is too scared to input any information on the internet because you're gonna get HAX0RDDDDDDDDDDD. just like my mother

this is actually horrible advice.

do you actually think they store your information?

Unfortunately for me, even with Browser Changer, or other hacks I see in Cydia I am not able to make Opera Mini the default browser, so I'll be sticking with Safari for now.

It says in the settings for the app that Opera Mini doesn't support going right to the link, but that you have to go to the address bar and press "go." It doesn't even get that far on my phone, it opens up Opera Mini, but nothing happens...

Maybe somebody can help?
