My vote goes to Infuse and MrMC (tie). They both still have some issues and aren't quite ready to replace an HTPC with Kodi yet, but I'm sure they'll get there eventually.
Generally, I find the tvOS apps rather disappointing so far. Some of my most used "core" apps (such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO) are actually worse than the ATV3 versions IMO. Some of the games are nice (Geometry Wars is probably the best I have tried so far), but I'm not really into casual games. In my mind they are only really good as a diversion while waiting for a plane or something and not that interesting at home (where I'd rather play a full PC game if I'm in the mood).
One nifty little utility I found: The wake-on-lan app "EasyWOL" (originally for iOS) is now a universal app; can be useful if you need to wake up a media server and don't have an iOS device nearby.
