You can’t be that oblivious and simple minded? Can you?
Please explain your theory that Chinese nationals in the USA that are doing the exact same thing are somehow different than Chinese nationals in China.

Also make sure it’s a simple explanation for simple minded people like myself 😂

Someone accuses Apple of stealing trade secret/patents?

Apple’s guilty and it’s their fault.

Apple accuses someone of stealing trade secrets/patents?

The company’s innocent and Apple is a patent troll.

Do I have that right?

our in general abandonment of education

Aye, it is disappointing.

Having been on the 'inside' for nearly a year, I can only imagine that it is the sheer fact of being overwhelmed that leads teachers to pull-back, and reduce their rigor.

China tried to participate with all of us in the ISS, and were rejected.

So, they decided to create their own.

Young Chinese students get to ask-for, and participate-with, real-time experiments conducted in LEO.

For the life of me, my kiddos have not yet received a call from NASA/ESA for such an opportunity....

They're probably correct. All the guy's dodginess seems to have been in the period between him accepting the job at OPPO and him actually starting.
I also came here to day this. You could drive a bus through “We have found no evidence establishing any connection between these allegations and the employee's conduct during his employment at OPPO.” and it makes it sound like Bad Old Apple is picking on a competitor again.

This one will end up in the ITC before the decade is out, mark my words.

No doubt, Apple's lawyers will see immediately that OPPO is trying to wriggle out of it with that wording. I think the only difficulty the lawyers will have is in deciding whether to sue OPPO or the individual.

Stop hiring Chinese nationals. It's become such a huge problem across the defense industry, technology corporations, and countless other examples. American universities welcome Chinese students (and revenue from the CCP) with open arms, only for them to absorb and frequently steal as much intellectual property as they can get their hands on and flee back to China. It's ridiculous. Time to stop rolling out the red carpet for these peop

it comes across a little bit racist
