- I lost my credit card 2 days later, called to cancel it, but made sure that apple had already put through that order to my credit card. And so I cancelled the card to get a new one sent out to me, I really hope that's not the reason why I haven't heard anything in terms of my order :s

That may be an issue.You may want to change the card. You probably verified the hold. Online stores usually don't charge you until they ship.

I'm trying to cope over here. I don't even know if my iPad is going to show up and rojames is talking about what he's going to do when he gets his. How insensitive!:(

Ordered my 64GB white 4G AT&T in the early evening on March 7, endlessly still processing. Didn't order anything with it, no engraving, coming to Florida.

For all you guys stuck in Processing, hope you jump right to "Shipped", because the "Preparing" phase doesn't seem to be so short either.

It's just that the grass seems greener on the Preparing side. Then it will seem greener on the Shipped side. Then it will seem greener on the Delivered side. Then it will seem greener on the Newest New iPad side or whatever they call the next one.

I confirmed this with Apple. They said it will show as pending and then it will finally "pull" when they ship the pad.

Ordered on the 7th as soons as the site stopped crashing. White 64Gb At&t still processing.
 
ordered 64gb wifi+4g (att) black on march 8 early morning with a smart cover... Smart Cover shipped and is arriving tomorrow and the ipad still says preparing for shipment with a delivery of the 16th.

Just changed!

Ordered at 7:30pm on March 7th- Black, 32GB AT&T 4G. Been stuck on processing forever. Literally just changed to "Preparing for Shipment" minutes ago. Looks like the AT&T models are changing now. March 16 as planned is the deliver by date. Good luck.

Made my day.

If you'll all excuse me I am leaving to join the "WHY IS MY ORDER STILL PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT???" thread.
