Only 273 days after the introduction (in 09/2014), and 48 days after I placed the order on April 23rd, my Apple Watch arrived few days ago — one day earlier than expected from the shipping information Apple provided.
It was definitely worth the wait, the link bracelet is the most beautiful and solid band available (at least officially from Apple.)
New challenge: Showing great patience until the release of watchOS 2.

and entered the tracking number right into the box in the middle

I had a wrong tracking number , now it changes to a new one and it works!

My shipment of the watch is really slow. It shipped on 9 June and will receive it at the 15th. Almost a week. Now in Hamminkeln.
My SGS 42 mm, ordered on June 3rd, was shipped today. Estimated arrival in Berlin: June 17th.
Thanks for the info, are they doing any work on Saturday? Otherwise I have to wait for Monday for any possible movement.
And the weird thing is, on dutch forums, everybody who ordered after me got their watches already sent. Coincidentally all sport watches, maybe there is not enough stock for SS.

Seems like it, the next TNT flight leaving Pudong is @ Saturday 7:25 local time and is arriving at Liege airport @ Saturday 12:55 local time. What happens in Liege? I don't know. I suspect it will either be shipped to Arnhem on Saturday and then stay there until Monday or be in Liege until monday.
The regular cargo flights from Pudong to Liege are:
Mon 02:30 Pudong, Shanghai (PVG) 08:00 Liege (LGG) 2 Planes
Tue,Thu,Sat 07:25 Pudong, Shanghai (PVG) 12:55 Liege (LGG) 2 Planes
So if you're Watch is at Pudong now, it will almost certainly be picked up with the next flight.
