I switched from waiting for preparing to ship to waiting for delivery guy. Should have arrived today by dhl express. But nothing yet....
I got shipping email yesterday at 23:40, shipped with UPS. But I can still not see it on track&trace? UPS just writes "Die Sendungsdetails für Ihre Anfrage konnten nicht gefunden werden. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Informationen und versuchen Sie es später noch einmal. "
Maybe because it was so late Apple sent it yesterday, so it will first be registered on UPS tonight?

Preparing for shipment means that the packages are put on palettes with proper labels to be picked up by the shipping company.
You could see a prepare for shipment.
The Shipped status is usually a sign that the package has been handed over to the shipping company at whatever place or airport they were prepared to be sent to different regions.
I don't know about working hours and weekend processing, but I would assume that both status changes can happen at weekends.

Does anybody have a screenshot of the various steps a DHL Express package goes through if it comes from Prague?
Yes, i got in touch with an old pal on Facebook who are living in Hamburg since 5 years. So he will handle the package and sent it to me in Sweden via DHL. So i just give apple his adress on my account and i'm fine?

I used my UK Apple ID to order on the German Apple Store with a Dutch PayPal account... I think you'll be fine

@nienque: Prague -> Leipzig -> Koln -> and then mine went to Dortmund, there It was delivered to family where I'll pick it up.

Mine just arrived at Leipzig sort facility. Wondering why they just can't deliver it anyway at the delivery address? I mean, even though it's May 1st, it still looks like they're keeping busy with this. Or would it mean they won't be doing anything anymore today?

I think the bottleneck are the truck drivers. They get the day off. I guess the sorters and handlers at the facilties (which may well be automated, anyway) don't.
It definitely looks like it's going that way; status has not been changed in the meantime. It's currently processed at Leipzig (as of 01:12).

LOL, don't think so, they say 'next working day': https://www.dhl.de/en/express/domestic-services/time-definite.html
But DHL does deliver on Saturdays. At least, it does here in the Netherlands. Can't imagine this not being done in Germany. And since it's already so far in the whole process I would assume they do deliver on Saturdays.
Not an 'expert' in this area, but again.. I would assume this.
