Okay, I officially hate Apple
What is your earliest estimated delivery date?
Mine is May, 12th and I guess Apple will ship my watch on Monday so that it will arrive on Tuesday ... May, 12th
How long does the PFS phase usually last?
How many days/hours do the watch orders stay in the preparing-for-shipment (PFS) phase? Mine went into it yesterday late afternoon. (spreadsheet updated) Is there any anecdotal data from previous weeks?
My guess is that it will start shipping this weekend, to be delivered Tuesday.

Normally the status changes to "preparing for dispatch" late afternoon or early evening and then to "dispatched" later the same evening or night. It is then most likely delivered the next day. This is what happened to all the people in the UK thread just yesterday and to at least one person on this thread with yesterday's batch.
I think the most of us are still in the same state. Maybe today something changed.
Most people on this thread seem to be stuck with this status.

Yeah, probably. Would be unusual if this status would stay for more than a day.
Does anyone know if Apple does any Saturday deliveries at all? I know UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays, but DHL usually does and so does Hermes. I'm not sure if there's a difference to DHL Express though.
UPS Standard - estimated delivery date was 13/05 - 19/05
pfs yesterday around 18:00 and shipped 19:30.

There's no difference. If Apple sends it with DHL it might be delivered on Saturday.
Saturday delivery with UPS and DHL Express is an extra service ... I don't know if Apple requested this service.

What does the UPS tracking say for the day of delivery? Monday or Tuesday?
Just talked to an Apple Specialist and he told me that our PFS orders will be shipped today. He said that if the status changes to PFS after 15:00, the order will be shipped the next day. If it changes to PFS before 15:00, they will ship it the same day.
Well, this info doesn't match with the UK guys, as they received PFS notice clearly after 15:00 and mostly all shippments were send out the same evening. But maybe Apple has a different logistic in the UK.
