Yes, that's correct!
Furthermore the website states, that express deliveries are not affected by the strike, as Nik correctly reported.
My Apple Watch Sport 42mm finally arrived today as DHL Express came around 18:30 ... that's late! I thought the courier won't come anymore.
But what can I say ... the watch is awesome. You guys can really looking forward to your delivery. I'm impressed how "small" the 42mm is. Was afraid that it's probably too big but nothing at all.
Now I'm really looking forward to the leather loop bands I ordered as well.
Keep my fingers crossed that everybody gets their watches asap!

It's 4.5h ride from Leipzig to Hamburg. I hope they'll deliver it early.
But EST. time is "By the end of the day."
So wont have the watch until Tuesday as earliest here in Sweden...

The Apple Watch order/delivery feels like a Kickstarter project. Pledge and pay money, wait an undefined length of time in the hope the product comes...one day..sometime...if your lucky.
You tell me. This IS ridiculous - ordered on 10th at XX:04, card was charged last Thursday, status is still "Processing items". It's actually kind of hilarious since some watches are shipping without charges yet here I am - Apple has taken my money and I haven't even got a "Preparing for shipment"
It would be ridiculous if Apple doesn't deliver in the timeframe they promised when ordered.
So far I don't think that happened to anyone, or?
Waiting myself for a 42SSLB, delivery timeframe between 12 and 26th of May (ordered 10/4, 9:0x CET).
This will probably be the longest 14 days of my life if it doesn't get delivered until the end of the promised slot...
Sorry no live-CC - but likely to have happened within the last 2 hours... they charge your CC on status change, has been that way for every order in the store I've ever made.
