BestBuy seems to be the quicker route even on a Sunday.

I also just ordered from BestBuy, spent a lot of last week trying to track one down in person and gave up. Opted to spend $30 to get it Tuesday!

I literally just canceled my Apple order and ordered from Best Buy not more than 5 minutes ago! Says it'll get here Wednesday... much faster than May 19 - June 2 that Apple quoted me...

MacBooks are never a hot item that sells out and many people don't like Best Buy. Only happened this time with the MacBook because Quanta failed miserably
 
I hesitated ordering from Best Buy (had problems in the past), but sure am glad I did this time. I ordered two on Wednesday and got them Friday. No problems at all. Typing on it now and it's pretty awesome.

I agree, why wait a month for Apple to get their **** together lol.

Thanks for the tip ZipZap. Got a 10% off movers coupon for $4 from ebay and used it at BB. Saved me $130!!:D
With my $15 rewards cert, the rMB 's final cost with taxes is $1250.39!! Woot!

With so many reporting issues finding them…my way is faster. If they send it to you in 5 min and you use it online how will you be conned. Also, you have buyer protection.
 
Well my code arrived within 2 mins from eBay and worked.

$1298 in total with taxes and express delivery (this Tuesday!)

Many thanks!!!!! $130 saved
 
Just cancelled my order with Apple, got the code from Ebay, got the 1.2 512 space grey model with faster $30 shipping for a total of $1,559.98.

Unlikely. Many people prefer to buy from Apple, even if they have to wait. Many people hate Best Buy and refuse to do business with them due to their prior handling of Apple devices. They don't have amazing stock, they just have much less business. Ive never had a problem with them until they told me they had stock in store, I drove 30 minutes to get it and they refused to sell it to me because they couldn't get it to scan correctly.

Canceled my order with Apple yesterday, ordered from Best Buy yesterday, and my MacBook shipped today, will be here Tuesday.

The fact that Apple quoted me May 19 - June 2 is just crazy.
