Yep, for someone who's been "jailbreaking since day one", he sure hasn't yet learned which sources are the developer's blogs or accurate forums and which are copy and paste site which seem to be wrong constantly.

hello, this is kind of off topic, but i was wondering if anyone had any news on a 4.0 unlock. i know its not even out yet, but does geohot or devteam have any information on this? if the holes are there or not? thanks in advance!

Nothing will be released until after the firmware is released to the public, perhaps after July 1st.

thanks for the quick reply. but do you know if they have any info on it? say if they think its possible or not from what they can tell by looking at OS 4.0?

You will not see any unlock tools until after July 1st. You are asking a question that cannot be answered since the final version of 4.0 has not been released and my crystal ball is in the shop being repaired !
