I will email Glenn for the beta, but I think it's pretty stink that it's been almost 8 months since the original offer of a fix that was being worked on came about, with still no ETA for the release. I'm not a competitor but would expect that a bug like this might get fixed in a reasonably short amount of time.

Hi,

We are close to a final release and will be upgrading all GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar customers to a new build regardless of if they are running a PC or a Mac.

Thanks Glenn. For the record, the beta does seem to correct the problem - I am on OS X 10.5.6 with Logitech headset.

Still a problem on osx 10.5.8
Using plantronics usb

Headset works correctly on other software.

Works correctly with GoToMeeting (4.3) if I'm hosting.
Does not work work correctly if I'm not hosting.

I just encountered this problem when joining a meeting today, does anyone have an update on when this fix is going to be released?

New versions released

If you are a customer and have not yet been notified to install the new version please call our toll free support at 1-800-263-6317 US and ask a support representative to upgrade your account.
