My MacBook Pro cannot even run Snow Leopard or Leopard in virutalization software like Parallels or VirtualBox due to the Ivy Bridge processor.

I'm not very familiar with OS X VM's (I'll stick to Linux and Windoze VMs) but when Ivy Bridge was released, Stinga11 released a legacy kernel that could boot down to 10.6.0 on Ivy Bridge hardware. Not sure if you'd maybe be able to inject that into the installer somehow or use a Hackintosh method in a VM to get yourself a workable SL install...
