For me, I got the NYTimes alert and used iRealSMS to quicksend to my buddies.

Moments later my friend in Washington D.C. started a FaceTime (over 3G, jailbroken) from the White House to me here in New York and it was like I got to be there with him. Amazing!

Using the Lockinfo HTC Plugin. That's basically it. Everything else is how lockinfo is at default. It's the HTC plugin that makes the differ. Just configure the HTC plugin settings to your liking. Oh yea, I had to get rid of the default lockscreen clock too. Easy to find on cydia.

The notification tabs will seem differ to those who haven't updated to the newest version yet. And I don't think I've seen the small icons next to the notifications in previous versions. (like the CNN icon in the pic)
