Ah.. a safe haven from the iPhone avalanche 
So let's recap:
- Leopard looking gr8!
- ZFS read/write support dev. build only seeded for less than 24 hours
- New versions of iLife / iWork rumors laying low
- What's going to happen to the Mac mini & iMac 17"?
- Time for new displays?
I wonder if this year's Apple Expo in Paris could hold something new for a change. It is the one gr8 Mac-place to be in Europe if Steve holds a keynote speech, that is.
If he is then:
a) You bet ya, I'll be there!
b) Something will be announced then....
....... eh, did I hear anyone say iPhone Europe launch? NO!! Not here! Not in this thread! But, I do want one!!

also i think its quite likely for movies/tv shows in europe to be announced?
SJ likes to keep Apple in the spotlight, so releases tend to be spaced out rather than all at once. iMacs will almost certainly come before late October, and as far as I'm concerned, they can't come too soon, as the current iMac is seriously out of date.So what do we have to come this year?

No it isn't! I refuse to admit that my 24" iMac is already "seriously out of date".
It runs Tiger great and when I drop another Gb of RAM in there.. it'll fly
I think that the iPhone took a lot of Apple's staff effort, now that it's only one day from it's release, I can smell some great Mac stuff in the air, and the iPod, 5.5gb was a small small update, we need a touchscreen in there

Lets look at what has come this year..... Wasn't 2007 supposed to be the year of Apple? So far, it's over halfway over and we have seen...... the 8 core Mac Pro,
TV, A bangin' new version of Final Cut Studio, A lot of delays..... and multi-colored iPods. Yeah, really the year of Apple
I just can't wait for Friday to be over so Apple can focus on the things that are important again.I just have this sinking feeling Friday won't be the last of it and we'll be stuck with the Mac part of Apple taking it in the shorts so they can focus on the European/3G iPhone.Yeah, really the year of Apple
Don't forget Safari on Windows! Another good use of Apple's time. Meanwhile they haven't introduced a new desktop computer in ten months. The Mac Mini's older than Ben Franklin's underwear.
You think it's bad now. Just wait until the frenzy starts up over here in a few months time...
