I just got mine. My first impressions are very good. It's definitely bulkier than the life proof. I really don't have a problem with it. There is absolutely no newton rings or oil slick. Which makes me very happy. The other thing I'm happy about is the volume comes out of the bottom of the phone. It doesn't vibrate through the phone like life proof. So far so good.

Where did you get it at?
What does the retail packaging look like?
Can you put up a couple of pictures?

I'll see if I can figure out how to post pics when I get home. I bought it from my local AT&T store in toms river New Jersey.

It's just the stupid plast like the defenders are in nothing to brag about.

I just saw those huge display boxes in videos on YouTube and was wondering why it would be in such big packaging. I guess they must have been promos.

is this case thicker then the atlas....looks nice. i like the charging port on the bottom and the ease of taking the phone out without taking off 10 layers before...

It pretty much makes it the size of the note after this case... It's a huge case

I want to see a unboxing of the neon green iPhone 5 Armor.

Maybe the stores won't get the green one either.

That's such coincidence, I was just reading his write up the other day and was hoping that the microphone problems were perhaps due to it being a promo version (hopefully). I hope that the iphone 5 version does not suffer from the same problems, that would be a big disappointment.

Looks like the only Armor cases the AT&T stores around here are getting are the white and blue.

Anyone seen the green one for the iPhone 5 in an AT&T store yet?

Does anybody know if you'll be able to have a screen protector on the phone while inside the case? I know lifeproof doesn't recommend it because it changes the dimensions of the phone

judging from the photos of the amount of silicon or rubber cushions inside the phone i would say yes they should compress enough.

but why would you want one? this is not like the defenders that can let dirt and sand in. this one is totally sealed. at least i hope.

My son's 4S had a screen protector on and it fit fine. We also did a water test, submerged in the kitchen sink, for 30 minutes and it passed with flying colors.

Just purchased the neon green one at a local AT&T store and the 25% off coupon would not work. They tried it several times and said the Armor is price locked at $99.00

Put up some pictures in another thread.

I always have one on my phone. It's just something that I feel that need to have on the phone

I just got mine from an AT&T store as well, got the white version. Haven't seemed to install it. It doesn't look like it closes all the way either without the phone even in there. Gonna try a water test a little later though. Also does anyone know if it will close all the way with a glass screen protector installed and side protectors? My phone fits fine into the case with these items but not sure if it will shut all the way.

Looks like mine is going back, doesn't fit with glass screen protector, and side pieces. And I regularly use my phone naked with these products so I'm not willing to take them off for it to be compatible with this case. However I will say this case seems pretty well built, although very huge compared to the phone it's self, but what can you expect from Otterbox.. Guess ill be waiting for the incipio atlas, hoping it is compatible with my setup!

The green one I got today seems like that also, pretty good gap between the back shell and front when closed. Sharp also along that edge.

Agreed, mine seems that way as well with dads iphone 5 installed in case. Also not very easy as they make it seem in their videos to close the case.
