Out for delivery in Duluth, MN, here. I'm working from home all day. Have all the lights on and the door cracked. 
I'm thinking about putting a note up saying I'm home, though, because FedEx always comes to the back door off of the kitchen at our house, and I'm sitting in the living room where I can't see the door. Hmm.
ETA: Tracking page says it'll be here by 3PM CST. That's only 3 hours away! I doubt it'll be on time, though.

I'm in chula vista as well. Mine has been out for delivery since 4:30 am, still nothing...
Mine did too and I got mine about 45 mins ago... have patience, its coming!

This reminds me of the different times when I ordered a PowerMac G5 and a Octo Mac Pro desktop. Both times the ups guy tried to leave a failed delivery notice because they were too lazy to pick up the box and move 15 feet to my door step. Had to run out and stop them from leaving both times.

Yes, I've had different trucks come to my street at different times on the same day when I've been waiting for deliveries in the past.
This guy just met the UPS guy on the street in front of my apartment to get his new iPhone. Jealous! Mine's coming from AT&T so it's shipped via FedEx and I'm still waiting. I blurred out the faces of the strangers that I just stalked. UPS guy looked pretty stressed. I hope he gets through today alive!

Wow....you guys need to chill out. Taking pictures of the UPS guy and another iPhone owner? Seriously!? That's kind of sick.
UPS is completely worthless in my area. I wont see my 4S until probably 7pm. Im in Peoria, AZ. Hopefully Ill see a different truck than usual roll through earlier.
Still waiting. I was hoping to be on the early truck, but it appears I was dumped onto the regular route, despite being Next Day Air. Oh well. Means I'll get my phone around 6:30. There's some hope for a 3PM delivery, as occasionally I've seen the UPS truck in my neighborhood at that time. At least I'll have it by tonight!
I was sitting here at my desk, saw the UPS truck pull up, noticed someone come out to meet him to get his iPhone, thought it was interesting and took a pic to share on MacRumors. I didn't even get up from my desk, it's not like I chased him down the street. I'm sorry that you think I'm "sick," I was just trying to contribute to the conversation. I don't know why people have to be so terrible to each other on this site all the time.
Does your tracking say delivery by 3PM? I saw a FedEx truck in my neighborhood but no deliveries yet.
I don't understand why they feel the need to be rude, either. "Honesty" is often just an excuse for rudeness. Thanks for sharing the photo.
I was just about to post about how FedEx were about to become liars, and they were running out of time to make the 3:00 PM delivery time... and then my phone got delivered.
