Hi I have just set up a gmail imap account in outlook 2011. I have always used pop previously. I am a bit confused about the labels business. I have always used folders in outlook but am quite willing to use labels. I have tried dragging the mails into the correct folder but they just disappear and I can't find them. So can somone please tell me how to set up these labels, do i set them up in outlook or gmail?
Also my deleted emails don't go into the deleted items folder, I have no idea where they are going!!! Thanks.
