Overbearing ad - is this a mistake?

Been with MR since 2005. This seems very out of character, see screenshot. Can we not have it be so overbearing? I am posting because I am wondering if this is a mistake.

Think it’s just for today. Normally logged in users shouldn’t get stuff like this too. Will look at that setting.
