The ATV 2 seems to do it without a problem. Apple has already proven it can be done. Now all they have to do is put it on an iDevice.
Very long train ride and very good memory. Or did you use the iphone built in recorder function?

But it currently lacks stored user content like media and apps. That's the part that Apple will have to deal with in OTA updates.
Many years (decades) ago, when I used to occasionally go out to lunch with a few Apple engineers (usually for sushi or Szechwan Chinese), they would purposely completely make up projects and stuff if they thought anyone was listening. I would help add on by making up even more wild specs, and they would reply something like: "How did you know? Now we'll have to kill you after lunch".
