OWC Computers...down for last day or so?

It’s obvious that the site exists or else I would get a 404 or something like that.
It makes no difference as to how many times I try refreshing or even retyping in the URL, it is not responding more than the message saying that the database is misconfigured. I don’t get past that. It makes no difference if I change networks (home vs work), it’s just not working. It’s either that, or it comes up in its semi-working state.

@OWC Larry Curious if there's a particular reason the forum keeps going down. Any insights?

Softraid forums are back and fully operational so far as I am aware.
it's a www and team is working around the clock. I know some very localized DNS caching issues still being fought with on OWC.com as well. Again, they are pounding through. Thank you as always.
Sorry for the ongoing issues on the forums.macresource.com - a proper and improved go forward will be live in the next 1-2 days. Some updates and changes in our environment seem to just not be compatible with the version go phorum. An overdue update is in push. A lot of areas the team has had to address in the network recovery of the last couple weeks - I sincerely appreciate the understanding on this... but we're almost there. Thanks!
It's coming along - expecting MacResource forums to be on the new platform still this week... just been a few hiccups as no doubt noticed. Thanks! Can tell your friend it's now sooner than later if later than we hoped.

A number of us (me included) are able to log on with a new assigned PW, but then this message -
"You do not have permission to access this page. This could be because of one of the following reasons:
Your account has either been suspended or you have been banned from accessing this resource.
You do not have permission to access this page. Are you trying to access administrative pages or a resource that you shouldn't be? Check in the forum rules that you are allowed to perform this action.
Your account may still be awaiting activation or moderation. (Resend Activation Code)
You have accessed this page directly rather than using appropriate forms or link."
Can't get to the rest of the site. The only option is to log out. Can't even get to account to update from assigned PW.
Prefer to not have to create a whole new account/user name.
Any ideas on how to get past this page?
