Own Both iPhone 6 AND 6+?

For those who have both still, can anyone comment on RAM usage when having the same applications open in the background, perhaps by measuring with a system status monitoring app? i.e. perhaps open a few specific safari tabs, then something else, and compare the wired + active RAM being used.

I'm curious whether the 6 Plus needs more RAM, and, if so, by about how much? I've already noticed that my 4.7" iPhone 6 uses quite a bit more than than the iPhone 5 did when compared in such a way.
