Owners of 128 GB iPhone 6 and 6 Plus Models Reporting Crashing and Boot Loop Issues

I have a iPhone 6+ 16 GB. I was using this since it was launched. it was working all good until 27th Aug. after this date, it starts restarting itself and sometime showing blue/red/white screen of death. could any one tell me what is the issue ?

It's a hardware failure. Needs replaced. Can you or have you gotten a recent backup--?

I sent my phone to apple support. They came back yesterday saying they can't reproduce the issue and returning the product back to me. It's frustrating.

Is there any way that I can prove the issue is still there? I am really not happy with Apple as they did not check my phone well.

That's hard when the issue is intermittent. When exactly does your warranty expire.

When it happens again, do you have an Apple Store nearby to take it to.

Can you take a pic of screen when it does happen.

I can take video from another phone when it happens. Is there any way to check log and confirm the phone behaviour?

If I take video, and upload to YouTube, would they consider it ?

If you see something, take a screen shot.


Not sure what they would do with video, but more info the better.
