Court documents reveal the real reason Pad & Quill went under.

Looked in my history. I’ve been purchasing goods from Pad & Quill since 2016. Every product still is functional and looks better the older it gets. I have a laptop bag from 2019, that I used today and was complimented at least three times today on. Not sure about the new company yet, but P&Q certainly produced quality products. It’s worth giving them a shot, good luck with the new company.
