I am now using Panther full time. The latest official DR. It is very nice. I love the new UI. It makes some 3rd party applications look way better. Mulberry (www.cyrusoft.com) a super full-featured imap client, looks damn incredible. Mail.app is awesome. The finder is great. There are a lot of things I keep discovering that they have fixed. Using kerberos ticket forwarding to log in to a remote machine via ssh works great!!!

I can't wait until the full release!

Does Mulberry now use Safari's HTML rendering engine? How is Mulberry improved in its look from jag?

Entourage Vs. Istuff

I use Ical and mail, but I also have the microsoft office suite, and I was checking it all out, and it seems brilliant that entourage has mail, calander, address book, tasks, and notes all in one program, with shortcut buttons to each of them. I was wondering why apple doesn't do that....it seems brilliant. Iphoto, Ical, mail, address book, and itunes all in one window so I don't have four or five windows open....they could even put safari in it and it opens tabs in the window. You would click the button on the menu bar to go to the program. For example, if I'm looking at the espn website and I want to check my e-mail, I click the mail button and my mailbox goes to the forefront of the window. Then, to go back to espn, I just click the safari icon in the app and it goes there. Not only does it save windows, spaces on your dock are also free since that puts four or five dock incons into this one "istuff" program....just wanted to know your thoughts on that.

iSync .. therefore iSink.

I don't think iSync in any current version lives up to what it *should* be doing which is synchronizing all aspects of your computing life between your computers...

iSync needs full integration with all the iLife apps like iPhoto and iTunes so that photos and music can be automatically synced between desktops and laptops..

The option to sync that stuff would be premo.
