And how do you know this? (the part in bold)

Front-facing camera: iPad 3 = 0.3MP, iPad 4 = 1.2MP
Processor: iPad 3 = A5X, iPad 4 = A6X
Connector: iPad 3 - 30 pin, iPad 4 = Lightning

Maybe camera and processor don't mean anything to you, but the release of the iPad 4 wasn't ONLY for the connector.

BUT they didn't NEED to do a small update on the iPads. I think it was mainly to get the whole new lines coming out having the connector. They added in the few other small things to help update it.

Or they just wanted to change the release cycle to November without waiting a year and a half inbetween releases.

that too.

For those who claim March to have an iPad Pro is just making a joke or just a fool.

They just base on iPad3 (release March 2012) then iPad4 (release Nov 2012)

But if base on that release cycle how come we did not see any iPad release on March 2013 but have to wait for almost 1 year to see iPad Air release on Nov 2013.

So stop your fat hope thinking of March/June iPad6 and expect to see iPad 6 on Nov 2014 instead.

For me, personally why Apple make such a break in iPad3 cycle could be due to a few good reasons.

- A shift to making iPhone the main focus device for technology update and then using what they learn on iPhone and apply to iPad.

- Holiday Season better sale compare to March

- Lighting cable (but I don't think that is the big push)

- Concentrate development effort, instead of having the team work on diff iDevices at diff time of the year. They all work through out the year and release them all around the same time. Thus everyone get to rest for the holiday and then back to work next year.
