Are you guys that returned your watches willing to buy another watch now that watchos2 was announced. I am just glad I kept mine and now with this watchos2 is just the perfect icing on the cake.

Anyone second guessing themselves?

Not at all. I'm going to wait for the next Apple Watch, which will hopefully be a little slimmer and offer longer battery life. Either that or a sale on this current model. ($50-75 off would be very tempting)

Didn't return mine but sold it on ebay, so I guess I count. I sold my watch when it became apparent the watch did not use regular heart rate monitoring combined with movement tracking to estimate daily calorie burn. I bought a fitbit charge hr instead which used movement and continous hr monitoring and lasts almost a week on a single charge.

I didnt see anything in watch os 2 to suggest Apple Watch was going to be competitive with the fitbit charge hr in either respect so - no, I have not changed my mind.

I'm probably returning my SG for the stainless steel. I really like the space gray but I'm wondering if the stainless model would actually be better than my space gray.
What do you guys think?

Yeah, Im in the same boat. Originally I was going to get the SS with link bracelet but then the prices came out and they were ridiculous. And then I tried on the SG and actually loved the look. And now that I received it and have had it for 7 days and love the utility of the watch now in addition to the look, I'm thinking of returning it to get the SS because I see the watch as a keeper now and perhaps the SS might look even better. I am going to the Apple Store tomorrow to try on the SS with the black sports band to see if it is worth paying the extra $240 for the upgrade. I refuse to pay $450 just for the link bracelet so the sport band it will be. I guess it would just be an upgrade for the look of the SS over the SG although Im pretty happy with the SG look. The sapphire glass would be a bonus but not really worried about the SG screen anyway.

Couldn't tell you from experience. But I cancelled my space gray order a month after I placed it in favor of an SS with milanese loop. It should be here this week

I get 3-4 days out of my mine before even entering power saving mode. Whats longer battery life in your opinion?

What a predicament we're on man! :p
I made an appointment for tomorrow as well.
Now the question is, can we just return the watch to the store or do we have to do it online?

Anything you purchase from apple.com can be returned to any retail store.

I sent mine back after a week, and then reordered one a month later. I'm very glad that I did.

Battery life simply isn't an issue. I typically have 60-70% left after a day. Besides, putting it on the charger is not even remotely burdensome.

In my opinion, more than the 1.5 days of battery life in default mode that I was getting out of my 38mm sport. 3-4 days under my own personal use would be great!

I'm getting a day's charge even after calibrating the battery. And that's just pretty much tracking steps, heart rate and mild to moderate exercise since I just got chemo and I'm spending 3 days in bed afterward. Also I have been unable to upgrade to no avail which is frustrating. Maybe once I get the stainless it'll be an easier process I hope? This is what I've got right now. Like it but don't "love" it.

Well the batteries are the same in both sport and ss. I tend to wake up at 6, go bed at 10 (when watch comes off) and I have about 70% left. Sometimes more. I guess it all depends on what you use feature wise, I just use it for the time and reading messages when they come in.

So for online orders I thought the return period was 30 days and for in store orders it was 14 days. According to what I see in my page then I'm passed by 2 days which sucks. I guess I'm stuck with this one. :(

It is 14 days for both apple retail stores and the apple online store.

Just call in and say that you didn't know. Exceptions can sometimes be made as long as it's not a habit. Likely the issue will be escalated and you'll be able to return it. Make sure you emphasize that you want to return it to purchase the SS model...this will give extra incentive to allow the return.

Still have my perfectly functioning SS BSB and I love it. That defective Space black link went back, and I think I'll wait for gen 2 to buy another. That SBSS deal needs more research and development.

No, OS2 for the AW does not address my complaints and that is a weak taptic engine that I could not feel if up and about moving around and if your environment is other than quiet the little "ding" is not heard either. That is death for me as my phone notifications are muted by the watch.

Did it fix the HR sensor problems? I bet not!

Maybe buy again when they come out with the new watch, this Christmas!

No questions asked! Now I just wait for the return label. I was actually 5 days past my return date but them having had notes in my account that I was missing one band from day one, she immediately went ahead and processed the return label which is AWESOME!!! I'm SSuper excited. :p LOL

I'm torn in between the Milanese Loop or the Black Classic Buckle. :D Although, I do a lot of running and hicking up trails here in Colorado Springs, being the Manitou Incline my favorite place in the world to blow steam off, (which I'm headed that way in a few btw) so the milanese would be too heavy maybe or too dainty for running?
I'd love to order the extra sports band but I'm afraid after spending double of what I payed for the SGW my husband might say no. LOL

I'm getting the milanese and will go for a 3rd party leather buckle band. The way I see it, the black Classic buckle isn't as unique of a design as Apple's milanese loop design, so the 3rd party bands from what I've seen aren't too far off from the buckle.

You can always start with the Sport band for the hiking and running (jealous of your location) and get Husband to purchase the milanese or classic as a gift later? Or go with age of theory of what he doesn't know won't hurt him ;)

Or the 'it's easier to ask forgiveness than permission' adage.
