Personal hotspot vanished?

Hi,

After updating to the public beta in iOS 12, I can no longer use personal hotspot. It’s not showing up either in the main settings page, or the mobile data page. Search results show it, but tapping it takes me to mobile data, where again there’s no personal hotspot. Any help?

On my 8+ personal hot spot shows up in both settings > cellular and settings > personal hotspot. 12 db3/pb2

Have tried resetting network settings?
