A single Apple ID linked to the account that allows access to photos, social websites, sensitive document, browsing history, email access. Sounds like personal usage to me.

In fact I think it is. I think they have been and will continue to position the iDevices as essentially single user, although they might add the saved restrictions profiles type idea that my cousin suggested (same cousin linked in my sig)

Well by all means knock yourself out with watching the 1 hr and 58 min Keynote videos Apple's website if you want to see if it may be included in iOS 7. I already watched it and don't feel like going through again to find that one part.

Don't have to. Given how much folks have been screaming for multi-user support if it had been mention, even just hinted on one of the slides, there would be a huge front page article about it.

Same if there were any hints in the developer previews
 
Personal. My wife has hers, as does our daughter, and as do I. Each personalized with our own "stuff".
 
this is why you need at least 3 ipads... I have mine (from work), my wife has hers (from her work) - and then the family iPad - my old ipad 2 - that the kids (7 og 3yrs) use for tv, netflix, games and so on ...
