Believe me, that's normal behavior for new iPhones coming from China. Everything will happen at the last minute.

Because some phones departed a few minutes ago, and it's already updated via ups. However, others such as myself.......ours is still sitting there in China with no movement since 9/19

This happens every release. Phones stay idle in China. They may also move around cities before they actually reach the US. Rest assured, it will arrive in the US and you WILL receive the phone on the 25th if that's what your order indicates.
