I REALLY HOPE IT LOOKS BETTER IN PERSON. WHAT'S WITH THE SEAMS AND THE CHROME? TOTALLY UNAPPLE-LIKE. MAKE IT LOOK MORE LIKE THE iPAD!
If this is true, then my next iPhone will probably be white. I won't know for sure until I see them in person...but I can say it's about 80% likely I will get white now.
The seems are really ugly, and they should get it to run Android!
Seriously though I'm getting really bored of these 4th gen stories. Looking forward to the new design actually but I can wait till (July?) it comes out, whenever that is. I want details of the OS a bit more though, but i digress.

You realize you won't see that chrome strip once the front cover is fully in place right?
Once the top panel is clicked down properly (which it is not in these pictures) that chrome strip will be under the top cover.
Funny to see how most people didn't like the design when the first prototype got leaked, but now pretty much all of them like it

Another Leak?
I am personally losing a bit of respect for Apple after all of these leaks. I recently had to wait four weeks to buy a new MBP because I waited for the updates, which was no fun, but I would much rather be surprised than have this slow trickle of leaks.

even though it's unlikely, I hope they are available on launch day! I need/want one because I'm visiting the UK on June 9th and I'd like it while I'm there! My current phone isn't tri-band so I'd kind of like it to use while I am over there!

Why can't people accept change? People have been saying the same design is old. Now change is here, and yet some people resist it.
A look like an iPad would be new and I would love an iPhone looking like an iPad. This new design looks like HTC, Nokia, etc. It does not represent the Apple look to me.
The first time was annoying but that made me laugh!
What worries me about these is Apple's stuff always looks tons better in real life and I'm already liking the look of these

The oldest known prototype (one without markings) had no screws, then there was a later one with screws, and an even later one without screws.
It's basically a 50/50 chance the iPhone "HD" will have screws just like the 3G/3GS. My guess is that they've tested both alternatives for durability and were hoping to be able to ditch the screws, but ultimately went for better safe than sorry. If you drop the phone with the connector inserted and there's not enough there to hold it in place, it's gonna get ugly.
I don't know... there's just something about a white-face iPhone that just seems so off-putting. With the regular black face, all of the details (screen, home button, speaker, sensors, etc.) seem to just blend in while drawing minimum visual attention.
However, with the white iPhone, all of these things are more clearly visible and there's a sharper contrast between the actual screen and the white surround.
Just look at the picture of the two side by side. The black one just looks stealth -- the white one looks like, ehhh, I dunno.
Meh, that's just my opinion. I'm sticking with black.

I guarantee, GUARANTEE that some of these are just replications of the originally leaked iPhone. I'm also positive that the final design will be much sleaker than this cheap looking thing. I'm not saying the design is cheap, but these images make these particular prototypes look horridly plasticky. Knockoffs I'm telling you, just so that these bloggers can generate views. I mean, these phones are popping up everywhere. How viable is that when this has NEVER happened in the past? That's what I thought...
I'm just praying that the back piece is made of the same glass the front is so I don't have to throw an ugly cover on the phone to prevent scratches.
My white 3gS is developing hairline cracks around the volume rocker & headphone jack so I'm just ditching the cover all together. Who cares if it gets some extra scratches, I'm getting a replacement from apple asap.

I think it′s very in style of Apple. Simple and esthetically pleasing. Beautiful!
And who cares about the seams? I really don′t get people. OMG, it has seams! OMG, it has screws! OMG, it has one button on the front! OMG, it has 2 cameras! If you don′t like it, buy a brick, polish it and shove it up your....
