I am going to order the 4.7" because I think the 5.5" will be too big for me however I hope that the 5.5" ships in the return window of the 4.7" just in case

I can confirm, categorically, that rumour images based on unprovable sources, exist.

That is all.

Anyone thinking of getting both and selling the one they don't want to keep? I theoretically want the 5.5, but for daily usage the 4.7 may be the one I really prefer.

That's Apple's plan. You buy the 4.7" on release day and 30 days later they release a 5.5" to make you feel guilty. Meanwhile you have to sale the 4.7" at a lost because everyone wants the 5.5".
Exact reason why Apple went from a 30 day to 15 day return policy a few months ago. I can't blame Apple for a staggered launch because half you people are return crazy. Hell; I wouldn't release the 5.5" until December or maybe early 2015. They know that you're going to buy it.

Hopefully the bands don't look like that in the final form, and there are at least some chamfered edges. Don't let the HTC One M8 look better than the new iPhone 6.

I just hope they announce both phones at the same time. Even if the 5.5" releases a couple of months later.

I moved to Android for 2 reasons:

1. Larger screens
2. More sharing capabilities between apps

A 5.5" iPhone and iOS 8 will most likely bring me back into the fold.

Oh the tears :D

note: I am on fence for this one, but since everybody calling you a liar, I can't help myself to tease.

I have repeatedly said that is a 5.5" exists, that's what I'll get. For now I am test driving an LG G3 on Verizon... which is 5.5" with tiny bezels. Feels nice. I might just stick with the G3 and wait for the 6S.

Apparently human hands and fingers grew significantly over the past five years.

Would love to go back and see all those who spun how larger phones weren't necessary and didn't make sense.

5.5" would be perfect for my parents. They’ve always wanted an iPhone but were reluctant because of its smaller size. Bigger icons and numbers will win them over.
