Color Film would be about $12-$15 USD / 35mm roll excluding processing and scanning.

My last calc on B/W was around $30 / roll, Film, Process, Scan - of course cheaper if you DIY.
Here in Sweden a 36 images color film cost about $25 to process.
And then you also have to pay for the film, and that’s between $10-20 depending on the quality.
So it’s not a cheap hobby. Totally understand why many develop their own film.

Tragic story. One of his companions ran to the RCMP station which is very close by. The Officer refused to believe the kid, and when he finally did come he refused to go in the water leaving it up to the other friends to finally disentangle the boy from the barbed wire that had pinned him under water.

I'm told said officer was immediately transferred out and left town around midnight. A move that possibly saved his life as this is a mining community.

This might look like the same image I posted a few weeks ago. But it’s not it’s the same bird perching on the Construction Obstacle in the middle of a river. Quite interesting how they continuously stay in one position day after dayView attachment 2233175

Made me think of this. Kids of the '80s will know this one immediately. Bonus points for the song. :D
