I'm not sure anyone else has commented, but I like your shot. The lighting seems to separate her from the background. I'm sure others would be better able to critique the shot. But I think its a beaut... and so is your friend.

This taken on 1-22-2010 showing a little more snow... this is a HDR effort with 3 exposures.
