Fujiko,

Where did you get your Mandarins from? I am looking at getting some ducks, and Mandarins are high on the list of what I would like to have.

Mine for today...

What a cute couple! All dressed up for a night on the town...

The white plate is working here. Although the strawberries are a bit dark on my screen. Fun image. Wouldn't mind finding this couple on my plate.

The duck pic is great... colors and DOF control make for a perfect image.

Thanks for the comment, NevadaJack! It was fun photographing these guys .. they are so cute and so tame.

They are not mine. These are ducks that live in Richmond Park, on the outskirts of London, England. These particular ones are in a pond in an area of the park called Isabella Plantation, which is simply sensational at this time of year, with rhododendrons, azalaleas and other flowers in full bloom.

Chef Jay, I like your strawberry photo. It has charm and humour, and a nice composition.

Here's another Mandarin duck - this time it's Mum, shouting abuse at a couple of Mallards that got too close to the kids. Didn't quite get the focus right, but I still like the picture.

This was capturing the moments of Spring. It was taken on a London Photowalk - We get together monthly to explore the city more.

For some reason this one really caught my attention. Its got a cool "vintage" look to it...sort of like an old faded photograph found in a shoe box.

Pretty sure people thought I was a bit dense as I waited for these guys to move to see if they were real because they looked fake.

This shot was actually taken completely blind because at this point in the night, it was pitch black. I took my best guess and dug the tripod into the sand and exposed the shot for 10 seconds.

Havent shot in anything in a couple weeks, and not feeling to creative...
