I took this years ago with my old D40 on a trip down the Pacific North West coast to Newport Oregon. Man I love that state. The coast is so beautiful. I hate Canada, I think I need to defect![]()

Wow! What a powerful image! The angle, the dark background (storm coming?), the pose, the facial expression, the lighting on his face, wind-blown hair, the angle ... Even with the piece of hair over his right eye and nose, this might be my all time favorite portrait. Job well done!
