Well, I finally bought a tripod (Manfrotto 190CXPRO4), and despite being carbon fibre I still find it a pain in the arse to travel with (the ball head is quite heavy). Regardless, I am happy that I brought it with me to take some long exposure shots of the city skyline.
I apologize for posting the same photo twice, I'm usually not a rule breaker. Which is better, funkadelic purple, or the more natural blue?

Hmmm, like them both but was drawn to the purple. Wonder if that's because it was shown first?????? Still like the purple. BTW, nice shot. Cheers

Purple for me as well, but it does happen to be my favorite color.

The only work was to process the RAW file in Aperture. There was no colour correction. I'm glad you like the shot. I followed that little snake around for half an hour. For today, another shot of that spider on the edge of a Morning glory petal.
