I15? Must have passed it driving south from SLC. Great image, pity about the
sensor spot though.

Good eyes! I didnt even notice. I did see some dust on the sensor when I was home cleaning it. Oh well just snap shots to see if it would be a good place to haul the field cam out there some evening.

Definitely my favorite photo of yours. I think it would have been better if the dog were a little bit clearer, but then again I just woke up from a nap and my contacts are out of wack; great job, nonetheless! I do have a question, did you saturate the colors (primarily the greens) or is that place really that beautiful?

Another lion pic. This time a lion cub whose mom, I think, is the one I posted earlier yawning. I wish I had a better angle because the grass in front of his head annoys me.

Thanks... it was just a grab shot while the dog was going a bit nuts. So nothing's really in focus. I just like the way that four feet, two ears, tail and tongue are at full extension. This is what we'd all be like if we lived in the 'here and now'... not weighed down by problems, real or imaginary. :)

England's a 'green and pleasant land'... thanks to all the rain we get (and few parts of the country get more rain than the Lake District), so the greens do sparkle in a certain light.

Best photo I've ever seen of a dog, or more precisely, what it means to share a life with a dog. This nails it so beautifully. The best friend you'll ever have in life is your dog. A wonderful photo; the landscape, his motion, the joy & happiness captured. Just wonderful.

Hey I just found this thread... its great I dont have to much to share as I dont have my own dslr yet... but this was taken with a borrowed one..

Thanks! Incidentally, I ordered that exact lens (Canon 50mm f/1.8) a few nights ago... still waiting on Amazon to get off their rears and ship it.

WOW, thats what i call to capture a moment, love the action. But i would have boosted the contrast a little, the image seems kind of pale. Otherwise, great shot.

I'm currently living in Norway, but am moving to Sunshine Coast, Australia in October. Cant wait to give you some competition on the surfing shots:)
