彩色負片81(Harman Phoenix@100, Rolleiflex T Model 2) - 1 of 1.jpeg

Mini Jack-o-lanterns hanging on a bush outside a Shanghai-cuisine restaurant in Taipei. I have no idea why Halloween (specifically the commercialized American version of Halloween) has become a thing here and in other parts of the world in the past decade, but here we are—when I was in school thirty years ago, nobody here had any clue what Halloween is, and I had to tell the other kids about it based on my experiences growing up in Canada. Shot with a Rolleiflex T Model 2 on Harman Phoenix metered at ASA 100.

(PS This photo was taken a few days before Halloween, but I went past the restaurant again today, and the Jack-o-lanterns were still there. Sort of expected though, since in this same neighborhood I've seen Christmas decorations still hanging in June.)
