How did you get it to take a 30 seconds photo? I read this:

Use Night mode on your iPhone - Apple Support

On supported iPhone models, you can use Night mode to capture photos when the camera detects a low-light environment.

But I never seem to be able to get it above 6 seconds...

During my internship at a tank bataillon I was told the German military police actually does give tickets to speeding tank drivers. I was 15 years old so it could have been a joke, but on the other hand it was still Germany… Btw on the signs these are weight limits. In the 90‘s, in West Germany, those were everywhere including at bridges in small local parks..!
