I have been noticing that my internet has been kinda sluggish lately, and started troubleshooting. After running Activity Monitor I found out that Photos Agent was, and is, constantly uploading (and downloading) data. The strange thing is that there's no new photos or videos to upload or download. It's fully synced with the photo library, so I really don't understand what it's doing.

Also, I can't terminate the process. Once I kill it, it fires up again. Any suggestions?

I have, and only Photo Stream is checked. When Photo Agent was uploading the whole photo stream was synced, so no reason at all to send or receive data.
